At Brides In Petals, we take great care in ensuring your custom pieces are delivered safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. Processing & Tailoring Time
All our bridal and couture designs are handcrafted to order. Our standard tailoring time is 30 business working days from the date of final design confirmation.

2. Shipping Duration
Once your order is completed and ready for dispatch, shipping times are as follows:

  • UK: 7-14 business days

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Brides In Petals, every piece is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order, which means each item is uniquely created just for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we kindly ask you to review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Designs
All custom, couture, and bridal orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started. We highly encourage clear communication during the design process and offer 1-to-1 consultations to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

2. Standard Items
For any ready-to-wear or non-customized pieces, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

​

4. Alterations
We offer complimentary minor alterations for custom orders within 7 days of delivery. Any major changes may incur an additional fee.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.
